The company seeks to investigate and understand cellular rejuvenation programming to restore cell health and resilience, with the goal of reversing disease to transform medicine. Thore is also a part-time position as Chair of Machine Learning at UCL in London and spent 7 years at Google DeepMind leading multi-agent research including contributing to the creation of AlphaGo.
jared palmer
VP of AI at Vercel
Jared Palmer leads the AI team at Vercel, the frontend cloud platform. Founded in 2015, Vercel allows developers to deploy and run the frontend of their web applications, separately from the backend. Their platform is used across the AI stack, including by Notion, Cohere, Perplexity, Runway, and Scale. Jared joined Vercel after it acquired Turnorepo, the company he founded in 2020.
JONATHAN STARCK
Chief Technology Officer at Synthesia
Jonathan is the Chief Technology Officer of Synthesia, a company pioneering the use of generative AI to create photo-real videos of people. Synthesia is trusted by leading global enterprises across training, customer service and marketing. Jonathan was previously was Head of Research at Foundry, whose software is used by every major feature film studio for visual effects and animation. He holds a PhD from Surrey in Multiple View Geometry.
Ashley edwards
Sr Research Scientist at DeepMind
Ashley is a Senior Research Scientist at Google DeepMind working on reinforcement learning and foundational world models.
She was part of the team that created Gato, a multi-modal, multi-task, multi-embodiment agent that was able to perform a diverse range of tasks, ranging from captioning images through to playing Atari and manipulating a robotic arm.
